To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Managing Director to lead the company and drive its strategic development.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of our trading activities.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team while fostering a positive company culture.
- Represent New Stone AG in negotiations, meetings, and industry events.
Your Profile
- Proven leadership experience in a senior management position.
- Experience in international trading; experience in the petrochemical or energy sector is an advantage.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German are an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.

New Stone Brokering Ltd. full-time Broker employment opportunities:
We are always open to onboard ideal candidates that are self-driven, a team player, motivated, enthusiastic, excellent in commercial negotiation skills and has the ability to build up and maintain business relationships.
The new employee should have several years of brokering experience in the field of Petrochemicals, Bio-fuels & Emissions and preferably with a portfolio of clients.
The right applicant will be responsible to build up and develop business relationships in the European markets.
They should be 100% fluent in English, other languages and experiences in this field of business are an advantage. Relocation to Switzerland temporarily is a requirement.
