Our History

With a long history in trading gasoline components, New Stone Ltd. changed in the year 2001 its focus and became active as a broking company of gasoline components and petrochemical products.
From our Swiss based office, just outside the city of Zug, a small team of well skilled professionals are serving our list of international customers, consisting of all major refineries, gasoline blenders and trading companies around the globe.

After eight years of successful operation out of our Swiss office, New Stone decided to expand their activities into other parts of the world. As of October 2009 New Stone started up brokerage services from our new office in Singapore.
The range of products consists of all gasoline blending components, Methanol and Bio-fuels.
In 2013 New Stone Broking Ltd was founded. This in order to divide all other activities and have the broking separately.

In response to the fast changing technological developments we started in 2014 the development of an online trading platform. This resulted in the founding of New Stone Technology Ltd.in November 2014.
This unique new, modern and sophisticated way of broking will bring our customers more efficiency and the latest, fastest and best available market information.

In 2015 New Stone Technology Ltd. started a joint venture with a team of well experienced brokers in the field of different petrochemical and gasoline products. This resulted in the founding of New Stone Americas. By traditional voice brokering and using the New Stone Technology Trading Platform they will assist their US based customers and give them the possibility to trade in different parts of the world.

Roger Ertle – CEO/Founder
Started in 1990 in the energy industry. With more than 10 years worldwide active blending and trading experience founded New Stone 2002.
His experience has proven to be a solid base to consult and assist customers which translated into achieving the best results.
Over the years New Stone expanded in new product areas and increased their customer base . The 25 years of track record are the prove of knowledge and acceptance by the market.

Jeffrey Kellermann – Managing Partner/Broker
Started his career at a headhunting company after he finished his bachelor degree in Marketing in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). At an early stage Jeffrey wanted to make a switch to the Energy sector. After working for a big energy company in the Netherlands, Jeffrey started working in Switzerland at New Stone Group in 2008.

Marco Cattrini – Managing Partner/Broker
Marco has a Master degree in Management at Bocconi University in Milan.
He started his career in the markets working as Fixed Income broker for an investment firm in Lugano(Switzerland). He joined New Stone Group in 2011.

Kevin Kilkeary – CEO
Kevin Kilkeary has over 18 years of experience brokering aromatics, naphtha, and gasoline components both in the traditional voice broking arena as well as internet based trading. An entrepreneurial minded executive, he has been involved in the development and sale of businesses in the petrochemical industry. Kevin serves on the board of the Southwest Chemical Association.

Michael Hayner – Broker
Michael Hayner started in 1998 broking all aspects of the fuel oil markets globally from London. After almost 15 years, moved back to America in 2010 to launch a fuel oil desk. Currently engaged in the brokerage of petrochemicals and clean products.
